Marc is a senior development and franchising executive with over 20 years’ international experience. As a franchise brand executive he has comprehensive experience in franchising, developing target market strategies, recognizing business opportunities, operations, relationship building, and the understanding of what it takes to lead a team to drive brand growth. Marc has been involved with Ghost Kitchen Brands as active President for the last 3 years. Past Experience: President, Capital Formation at TMX Group he was responsible for all aspects of Toronto Stock Exchange’s and TSX Venture Exchange’s listings business. He joined the Canadian Dealing Network (CDN), the over-the-counter market previously owned by the Toronto Stock Exchange, in 1997 in Corporate Finance.
